So, whether it’s for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, graduation, a birthday or Christmas, we want to make our customers’ lives easier on all occasions.

You can spend the Sello gift card on shopping, dining and leisure services. It’s valid all over the shopping centre!

You can easily buy a gift card in one of the machines on the 1st floor of Sello, next to the information desk, or in the Solakäytävä foyer in front of the Kukkakaari florists. You can put any sum between €10 and €250 on the gift card.
You can buy between one and ten cards of the same value. Why not buy gift cards for the whole family?

The card machines accept all major debit and credit cards apart from Diners Club and American Express.

Gift card validity and use

The gift card is valid for 12 months from the moment of purchase and can be used in many of the shops around Sello.
The shops that accept the gift card display a gift card symbol under their contact details — almost all shops accept it!
Some card terminals require a PIN code. The gift card PIN code is the last four numbers of the card number.
The return and refund policies of individual shops apply to purchases made with a gift card.

Gift card balance and expiration inquiry

You can easily check the balance and expiration date of your gift card at a gift card machine, by scanning the QR code on the back of the card, or by clicking this link: Balance inquiry. The card numbers of active gift cards begin with 1000xxx.

You should check the balance and validity of your gift card from time to time, as shops’ cash registers do not see them. You can only make purchases to the limit of the card balance. If the sum of your purchases exceeds the card balance, you can usually use another payment method for the balance. Check this in store.

Note that a gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can lost or stolen cards be replaced. Expired cards cannot be used, even if there is balance remaining on them.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase, that is, the day the balance was placed on the card in the machine.
